How It Works

   Place your order

   Add items to your cart and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email instantly.

   Processing

   Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 hours during business hours (9am–6pm, Sun–Thu).

   Dispatch

   Your order is handed to our delivery partner. A tracking link will be sent to your email.

4. 4

   Delivery

   Your package arrives at your door. Signature may be required for high-value orders.

Important Notes

• Deliveries are made Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday deliveries may be subject to delays.
• During peak sale periods, delivery times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
• High-value orders (over QAR 2,000) may require a signature upon delivery.
