We want you to love everything you receive from Battal. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Not marked as "Final Sale"
How to Return

Request a return
Contact our team at hello@battal.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

Receive confirmation
We'll review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours.

Ship it back
Pack your items securely and drop off at the designated collection point or schedule a pickup.

Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Refund Methods
Original Payment Method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout within 3–5 business days.
Store Credit
Opt for store credit and receive an additional 10% bonus on your return value, applied instantly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Gift cards
